Situation

Vectair began their journey innovating in away-from-home scent solutions. They wanted a brand and a website that would carry on that tradition into the future.

With the Pulse Workshop, we helped them pinpoint and prioritize issues that were getting in the way of doing product development. The first challenge was deciding on a coherent vision of who they wanted to be. The second, was a website that wasn’t quite pulling its weight as a connection point for sales and marketing.

A Brand with Buy-in

Before and After Slider

We worked closely with Vectair to listen to a variety of voices within the company. Despite differences in location, tenure, and position, we found ideas that everyone rallied around. Those ideas became the foundation for their brand story, values, and a visual identity that helped them feel like the innovative company they are.

Digital Solutions

Free the Experts

Vectair is known for their excellent customer service, but their experts were getting bogged down answering basic questions about their products. We made product resources like safety data sheets, specifications, and training supplements, more searchable and accessible, freeing their experts to take on more product development.

Cleaning Up the Catalog

We audited the Vectair product library and re-organized their categories and presentation in the navigation. This made it easier for users to find products they were looking for. The reorganization also allowed them to manage one site, rather than managing multiple sites for different regions.

Promoting Partnership

While many of Vectair’s products can be purchased directly or via distributors, they also offer different levels of collaboration to develop private label or custom products. We helped give the website space to fully promote these offerings, helping keep them on the forefront of the industry.

Photo Finish

The quality of Vectair’s products is one of the key components to their brand, but the photos of their products didn’t communicate that. We helped their 3d team build a new framework for their product imagery to ensure a consistent and high visual standard, strengthening the presentation and coherency of their brand.
